I loved the breathtaking views of the Langhe region stretching up to the Alps. The staff was very welcoming, and their recommendation of the rooftop terrace was perfect. They kept checking for any more assistance I needed. The restaurant provided great views too and the English-speaking staff was friendly.
Nothing to be said.

The location was good with a nice view of the area and friendly staff. the room was average with a decent bathroom and breakfast was satisfactory. there were no noteworthy facilities or advantages.
The TV only had Italian channels and there was no mention of extra charges for using the sun beds or having to wear swimming hats in the pool.

The view from the hotel was amazing, with a stunning outlook of the surrounding hills and mountains. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. Lastly, the hotel had a rooftop terrace that added a special touch to our Christmas vacation.
Our experience was dampened by a few negative aspects. we were disappointed that the hotel did not have any English-speaking staff.

Spent a lovely Xmas break at a hotel with a perfect view over the Langhe area and into the Alps. the staff was friendly and it was great to have someone recommend the roof terrace as well as check if we needed anything. Being able to stream Netflix with my notebook was a big plus, especially with only Italian TV channels available. Plus, the restaurant had fantastic views and the staff was friendly and spoke very good English.
Needed to buy swimming hats for the pool and weren't aware that the use of sun beds would be charged to our room when we checked out.
